This was my first Mothers Day Classic run and also my first ever run! Ever! So for me personally it was a great milestone. I also got to run it with a couple of my closest friends that made it even better.
Thankfully I am one of the few people I know that have not lost someone to breast cancer, but it was a real honour to know that the money I raised will help with research so that one day, no one will loose anyone else to this disease. I will be back next year.
