Experience the true magic of the Mother's Day Classic with an event village, entertainment, food stalls and more! Each registration includes a headscarf, race bib and tribute card, available for collection at the registration marquee.  You’ll also receive a commemorative medallion, handed over with pride when you cross the finish line.

Survivor Wave: If you’ve been touched by breast cancer we invite you to join the Survivor Wave, or join others at the front of your chosen walk, where we’ll take a moment to reflect on the strength of the MDC community.

Is available from the registration marquee in the event village.

Sunday from 7.00am

Please allow ample time to collect your race pack before your start time.

Race pack items are limited edition and subject to availability on the day.

Getting there and parking

Getting there
Rond Terrace is situated at the southern end of Anzac Parade on the northern foreshore of Lake Burley Griffin's Central Basin, adjoining Commonwealth Park and Kings Park.

Parking available in surrounding streets with limited parking at different locations around the route. Please refer to local maps for specific details.

Public transport
Buses 10, 3, 56 and 59 have transport routes which pass near Rond Terrace. Please confirm availability and frequency via local public transport providers or apps. If public transport is used participants are reminded to adhere to the COVID safe rules at the time.

On the day facilities

The Check-in area
The check-in area is located at Rond Terrace - lookout for the pink Mother's Day Classic flags.

Public toilets are available around Lake Burley Griffin.

On the day you'll be able to donate funds via the collection tins or electronically via the SMS donation number (simply text MDC to 0488 849 632).

First aid
First aid will be located at the check in point at Rond Terrace.

Food & drink
BYO water in reusable bottle. 

Unfortunately no dogs allowed.
