A moment to honour and recognise a special group of people. Those touched by breast cancer – survivors, friends and family. A moment not to be missed – come one, come all. This experience will take place at the beginning of the walk. If you are a runner, please feel free to come down and share in this moment and provide your support.
Further details regarding survivor wave will be made available closer to the event date.

Assembly area All races will commence from the Domain Athletics Centre, Queens Domain, Hobart. Marquees and activities will be set up within the Domain grounds.
Parking Limited roadside parking will be available at the event as well as at the TCA grounds and the Botanic Gardens. Given the high volume of participants we recommend organising drop-off and pick up for the event.
There will be volunteers all over the venue on the day. Please ask these volunteers or go to the information marquees at the registration tent if you are unsure of anything.
Tribute wall Tribute cards can be downloaded here. A special Tribute Wall will be located at the event. Participants can choose to pin their tribute cards to the wall after their run or walk.
There is a clothing marquee to leave your clothing at the assembly area. Please don’t leave any valuables in it.
First Aid A first aid station will be located at the assembly area.
If you require medical assistance while out on the course, please notify the nearest course marshal and they will contact the appropriate personnel to assist you.
Water Stations Water is provided at three drink stations, two on the course and one at the finish line.
Toilets The toilets are located within the Athletics Centre.
Be sure you arrange a clear meeting place for your family or team. We recommend choosing an easy place to find and remember e.g. the gates to the grounds, in front of the grandstand etc. The start line will be very crowded and a difficult meeting place.

Main stage A number of delegates, celebrities and sponsors will be giving brief talks on the main stage. The main stage will also be used for the warm-up aerobics. There will also be entertainment and spot prizes.
