Where: Elder Park, King William Road, Adelaide

Elder Park is a public open space in the city of Adelaide, South Australia on the southern bank of the River Torrens and that is bordered by the Adelaide Festival Centre and North Terrace.

When: Sunday 8th May

Distances: 4.6km & 7km

Wave Times: 7.00am: First runner wave, 8.00am: Survivor wave, 8.00am: First walker wave

Getting there and parking

Getting there
To help reduce the risk of transmission of COVID 19 participants will be encouraged to physically distance. So, travel to and from the event by private vehicle is being strongly encouraged.

Parking
Parking: Wilson Parking - Adelaide Oval East Car Park entry via King William Road & Festival Car Park entry via King William Street

Public transport
- Bus: Bus stop Z2 travelling from South into Adelaide CBD or stop A2 travelling into the Adelaide CBD from the North.
- Train: A short walk from the Adelaide Railway Station.
- Tram:  Closest stops are at Festival Plaza or Train Station/North Terrace for trams arriving from Glenelg or Adelaide Entertainment Centre.

Look out for the pink Mother's Day Classic flags.

Toilets
Toilets located adjacent to arrival zone.

Fundraising 
On the day you'll be able to donate funds via the collection tins or electronically via the SMS donation number (0488 849 632)

First aid
All MDC Local Locations will have a qualified first aid officer on site. First aid will be located at the location event arrival site.

Food & drink
BYO water in reusable bottles, use any available water dispensers at the site, no water stations will be provided.
Please bring your own snacks and support your local food and beverage businesses on your way to the site and/or on your way home.

Dogs
Unfortunately no dogs allowed
