We are delighted to announce a Mother's Day Classic Local Location at Eynesbury!
Local locations will be smaller and more informal compared to traditional MDC events, but they will be big on community spirit!

Where: Eynesbury Homestead, 487 Eynesbury Road

Parking: There are 20 carparks at the Discovery Centre at the location. In a short walk there is the Eynesbury Golf facility parking with further parking. The closest train station is Melton which is 10.9km away.


The Eynesbury Forest is a picturesque trail which is flat, semi trail surface. Pram friendly, no footpaths.

Public transport:
The closest public transport is either Melton train station 12km away or Rockbank train station 16km

Ample parking at the Eynesbury Golf Pro Carpark or the Eynesbury General Store.

The Check-in area
Arrival/Check in will be the main lawn of the Homestead. Lookout for the pink Mother's Day Classic flags.

There are toilets at the Gold Pro Shop area and also at the General Store

On the day you'll be able to donate funds via the collection tins or electronically via the SMS donation number (0488 849 632)

First aid
All MDC Local Locations will have a qualified first aid officer on site.

Food & drink
The Golf Pro Shop will have coffee and toasted sandwiches available from 6.30am. Ms Peacock restaurant at the Homestead will be open from 11.30am.

Dress up!
Dress in your finest pink clothing or something 'out there' Bring some character to the day!

All dogs/pets must be on leads.

MDC Local 

While this year will look a little different, you’ll still be able to dress up, complete your walk/run, honour those touched by breast cancer and enjoy the community spirit on the day. All you need to do is bring along your race pack (which will be delivered to your door beforehand), arrive at your assigned time, use your phone to scan the QR code at your location and complete one or two laps of the course. Don’t forget to share your happy snaps and tag #mdc2021!
