Participant Information: Landcare Kalgoorlie asks that all participants please put rubbish in bins throughout the park and to stay on the tracks.
The 5km course is in Karkula Bushland Park on the edge of town is an expansive nature reserve filled with Salmon Gums, Blackbutt and the silky pear that gives the park its name. Participants will do a loop that leads uphill to a elevated viewing platform, allowing good views over the surrounding plains.
The undulating course is run on a mixture of bitumen like pea gravel. Leaves and small bits from trees may be on the track on windy mornings.

While this year will look a little different, you’ll still be able to dress up, complete your walk/run, honour those touched by breast cancer and enjoy the community spirit on the day. All you need to do is bring along your race pack (which will be delivered to your door beforehand), arrive at your assigned time, use your phone to scan the QR code at your location and complete one or two laps of the course.
