Merchandise terms and conditions

ENTRY FEES

Entry fees are non refundable. The Mother’s Day Classic Foundation ("MDCF") Terms and Conditions explain that there is a no refund policy on all entry fees.

MERCHANDISE

Exchange

MDCF will only exchange a merchandise item due to incorrect size subject to item availability. All items must be returned in new/original condition. They will not be accepted if they have been washed or worn.

Exchange requests received after Friday 22 April 2016 cannot be guaranteed delivery before the event on Sunday 8 May 2016.

How to exchange an item:

  • Contact the merchandise supplier on mdc@tpf.com.au for a “Request for merchandise exchange form” (if required). This will have all instructions in relation to the exchange process.
  • The completed “Request for merchandise exchange form” must be returned with the item/s for exchange.
  • All postage will be at the customers expense unless it was incorrectly picked and packed in which case the postage will be covered by the merchandise supplier.

Refund

There is a no refund policy on merchandise due to change of mind. If you would like to discuss your situation further please contact us at the MDCF national office 03 8677 3885.

Please note that we can’t refund postage and handling charges once the item has been shipped.

DELIVERY

We do not deliver outside Australia.

There is an additional postage charge of $12.00 per order for delivery to PO Boxes.
