On Sunday 11 May, I'm putting my foot down to save lives!

My friends and I are joining the fight to help fund vital research into breast and ovarian cancer — a cause that hits close to home. Ovarian cancer runs in my family, and heartbreakingly, my biological grandmother passed away from it at a very young age.

That’s why I’m taking part in the Mother’s Day Classic, to raise funds and awareness for breast and ovarian cancer research.

Every day in Australia, 63 people are diagnosed and 12 lives are lost to these devastating cancers.
