Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Mother’s Day Classic Foundation

Cremorne, VIC | Full Time or 4-5 days/week | Permanent

The Mother’s Day Classic Foundation is looking for a creative and organised Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to help grow participation and fundraising for our iconic national event supporting breast and ovarian cancer research.
You’ll coordinate marketing activity across social media, email, website, PR, and ambassador programs—creating content, driving engagement, and supporting a community of passionate participants and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Coordinate the marketing calendar and campaign rollouts
  • Write content for emails, website, and campaign promotions
  • Support MDC media launch and fundraising campaigns
Experience Required:
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in a marketing, communications or social media role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proven content creation and copywriting skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and scheduling platforms
  • Excellent project management and coordination abilities
  • Previous experience in the not-for-profit or events sector (desirable)
