MDC 2026 - Half Marathon (21.1 KM)
Back at it for the Mother’s Day Classic 2026. This event has become a small tradition for me, mostly because it’s a good way to keep perspective.
A while back, my grandma—my Mama—showed us all what real resilience looks like when she beat cancer. Compared to that, 21.1km on a Sunday morning is just a bit of a long walk. I’m running the half-marathon again to celebrate her health and to help support the research that keeps families like ours together.
