SUPPORTING Breast and Ovarian Cancer Research

On Sunday 10 May, I'm putting my foot down to save lives.

I’m running the Mother’s Day Classic 10K at Magnetic Island to help raise funds and awareness to fight breast and ovarian cancers. 🏃🏽‍♀️

Tragically, every day in Australia 63 people diagnosed and 12 lose their lives to breast or ovarian cancer.

My two sisters had breast cancer and therefore I unfortunately know very well the impact it has on their lives, as well as those around them. My sisters are my superheroes and have fought incredibly hard against this terrible disease, which is why I am running to fund important cancer research!

The Mother’s Day Classic is Australia’s most inspirational, cause-driven community event. Every year, thousands of Australians come together on Mother’s Day to start their Mother’s Day with purpose. Our aim is to unite and inspire the community, create a fun and engaging event experience, to celebrate and remember those touched by breast and ovarian cancer and to raise life-saving funds for research.
