Embrace & Honour: In the Embrace & Honour walks participants will be invited to observe a minute of silence at the start line to embrace and honour those touched by breast or ovarian cancer.

COURSE INFORMATION
Starting at Lennox Gardens the course will pass under Commonweath Avenue Bridge heading towards Kings Avenue before looping back to Lennox Gardens. The 10km course will continue across Kings Avenue Bridge and past Rond Terrace, before looping around Commonwealth Park and returning to Lennox Gardens.
A drink station will be located at the 3km mark on the 5km course and the 3km and 7km mark on the 10km course
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Bag Drop: There will be a baggage storage area onsite where you can leave your belongings. Please do not leave any valuables in the storage area as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or stolen.
Cashless Payments
We are transitioning to cashless payments. Our staff and volunteers will be using EFTPOS Air for all transactions. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Please be mindful that the northbound span of Commonwealth Avenue Bridge will close to all traffic (road and shared path users), make sure your account from this in your travel time.

Bib Collection
Pre-Event Race Bib Collection and/or New Registrations will be available from Lennox Gardens during the below period.

Event Village will be open from 7:00am – 12:00pm on Sunday 10th May
Accessibility
The course is wheelchair and pram friendly.
The Event Village will have grassed areas. Please refer to maps for further information regarding village accessibility.
Entertainment and Kids Zone
On the day, we’ll have MCs at both the start and finish lines to keep the energy high.
The main stage will feature the AIA Warm Up and a DJ to get you hyped before your wave, along with ambassador interviews throughout the morning. Cheer squads and acoustic musicians will be out on course to keep you entertained along your run or walk.
The Kids Zone will be full of fun, featuring a DJ, games, face painting, bubbles and fairies, photo opportunities, a Mother’s Day gift stall, and a card-making and drawing station so you can create something special for your loved ones. Plus, don’t miss the Teddy Bear Hunt—keep an eye out on the day!
There will also be a raffle held during the event.

Lions Club Belconnen will be running a Community BBQ in the Event Village.
