Embrace & Honour: In the Embrace & Honour walks participants will be invited to observe a minute of silence at the start line to embrace and honour those touched by breast or ovarian cancer.

COURSE INFORMATION
The newly extended 5km course will start in front of Eastern Park Oval 3. Participants will complete a clockwise loop around Eastern Park, turning left onto Eastern Beach Road and continuing along the foreshore past Eastern Beach. They will then return via Hearne Parade to finish the loop around Eastern Park. 

10km participants will complete two laps of this course. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Bag Drop: There will be a baggage storage area onsite where you can leave your belongings. Please do not leave any valuables in the storage area as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or stolen.

Getting There & Parking

Parking 
Car parking is available in the vicinity either free or at minimal cost. Please refer to local maps for specific details. Please note, the Eastern Park circuit will be a closed road from 6:30am on event day.

The Geelong Botanic Gardens/Normanby St stop or Geelong Botanic Gardens/Garden St stop are a 10-minute walk to the event village.

The Geelong Botanic Gardens/Ryrie St stop is a 10-minute walk to the event village.

Entertainment and Kids Zone

The event village will feature fun, interactive entertainment including a Slime Making Workshop, plus favourites like face painting and bubble play. Kids can also test their skills on the Stepping Stones, there’s something for every child to enjoy.

A DJ and live music will keep the main stage buzzing, while entertainment continues out on course with some surprise characters.

The MDC Committee raffle features inlcudes major prizes from our partners, The Langham and Merry People.
