SUPPORTING Ovarian Cancer Research

The importance of Change

The Mother's Day Classic is more than just a walk; it's a symbol of hope and a call for change.

For many years, the 5 year survival rate for ovarian cancer has remained stagnant at 49%. This isn't just a statistic; it's a reality I'm living.

This year, I won't be walking alongside you, but my spirit and support will be there. My husband, Thomas, will walk in my place, carrying the torch for everyone affected by this disease.

This walk is crucial because it funds research, the kind of research that offers new treatment options and, ultimately, hope. It's the kind of research that I'm relying on now, as I face a recurrence. Every dollar raised brings us closer to a future where ovarian cancer doesn't mean a 49% chance.

To everyone walking, donating, and supporting, thank you. Your steps, your contributions, they matter. They fuel the research that can change lives, that can change this statistic. And to those fighting, know that you're not alone. We stand with you, today and every day, until we see the change we desperately need.

Support my efforts in the 2025 Mother's Day Classic!

On Sunday 11 May, I'm putting my foot down to save lives.

I’m joining the Mother’s Day Classic to help raise funds and awareness to fight breast and ovarian cancers.

Tragically, every day in Australia 63 people diagnosed and 12 lose their lives to breast or ovarian cancer.

I’m asking you to do more than just stand with me but to support me as I walk, run, and move till we’re done.

Please make a donation today to support my challenge. There’s only one way to stop breast and ovarian cancers - together!

Thank you for your support.
