On Sunday 10 May, I'm putting my foot down to save lives.
This year we are walking in the Mother’s Day Classic for the 12th year ❤️
The Mother's Day Classic has become more than just a walk for me, it’s a tradition, a tribute, and a way to honour the most important woman in my life.
I keep walkin as mum would want me to.
I walk for the strength she showed.
I walk for the families who know what it’s like to hear the word cancer.
And I walk so other children can have more time with their loved ones.
Twelve years ago, I started this journey with my mum. Each year since, I’ve shown up because this cause still matters. Breast cancer impacts so many families, and research truly does save lives.
Mother’s Day will always be emotional for me, but being part of something that brings hope, awareness and support turns that emotion into action.
