SUPPORTING Breast and Ovarian Cancer Research
On Sunday 10 May, I'm putting my foot down to save lives.
This is the time of year that I dress up in pink and take part in the Mother’s Day Classic to help raise funds and awareness to fight breast and ovarian cancers.
This year is a little different, I will be walking the 5km event. I will be joined by my son, Joel, daughter-in-law, Clare & my friend, Christine. It will be fun!
As most of you know, my mother Loveday Douglas died of breast cancer in 1992 aged 62. Thankfully breast cancer research and treatments have come a long way since then.
If you would like to support me to raise funds for this very worthy cause, it would be greatly appreciated, no matter how small, every dollar counts.
Thank you for your support.
