Supporting Breast and Ovarian Cancer Research
Support our efforts in the 2026 Mother’s Day Classic!
Our team is participating in the Mother's Day Classic, Sunday 10 May!
Our incredible mum, Christine, was diagnosed with breast cancer in November 2024.
Over the course of the last 16 months, mum has had surgery 5 times (including twice more since the Mother's Day Classic last year), radiation treatment and an ongoing treatment program to make sure mum is with us for a very long time.
Whilst mums cancer unfortunately spread into her bones, meaning she's incurable, treatment so far is going well. It has us feeling confident that mum will complete the Mother's Day Classic with us for many more years to come.
While no part of cancer is fun, mums infectiously positive attitude and strength is inspirational to all of us.
Our team is called Our Mum, Our Hero, because that's exactly what she is!
Anything you can spare to support an incredible cause is appreciated beyond what we can tell you. We would love also if you could share this page with people you know, it's confronting to think just how many people in Australia are touched by breast cancer.
Thank you, from Jordan & Abby xx
