I’m joining the Mother’s Day Classic to help raise funds and awareness to fight breast and ovarian cancers.
Tragically, every day in Australia 63 people are diagnosed and 12 lose their lives to breast or ovarian cancer.
Two years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer after a routine mammogram. I was lucky enough that it was caught early and treatment was successful. This will be my 11th year participating and I am so passionate about what an important event and community this is.
I’m asking you to do more than just stand with me but to support me as I walk, run, and move till we’re done.
