There is something truly special about running for something that holds meaning beyond yourself. This run is about mums… and one day, I hope to be one too.

So I run for all the future mums, including myself. For every woman who carries that quiet dream in her heart to one day hold her child in her arms. For the strength it takes to make hard choices today, to grow, to heal, to become the woman that child will need.

For the love that already exists before a child is even here.

For all the mums yet to be, let’s run together toward this beautiful future.

The Mother’s Day Classic is Australia’s most inspirational, cause-driven community event. Every year, thousands of Australians come together on Mother’s Day to start their Mother’s Day with purpose. Our aim is to unite and inspire the community, create a fun and engaging event experience, to celebrate and remember those touched by breast and ovarian cancer and to raise life-saving funds for research. AIA Australia has proudly supported the Mother’s Day Classic since 2018.
