SUPPORTING Ovarian Cancer Research

2025 started with more health challenges but I am determined to walk this coming Mother's Day classic

On 23rd March 2022, I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Since then, life has taken me on a rollercoaster SURVIVORSHIP journey I never imagined—through surgeries, treatments, scans, follow-up, heartbreaks, and now, a new chapter of recovery after endometriosis surgery and an unexpected hurdle and health curveball i was not prepared to- it brought back lots of emotions from 2022 and felt like déjà- vu. It’s been a tough start to the year, but I’m still here.
AND this MAY, I’m walking in the Mother’s Day Classic with many others to raise funds for ovarian cancer research—because women like me deserve an early detection test, better treatment options, and hope.

Ovarian cancer kills three women in Australia every day. It is the most lethal female cancer. This year, around 1,815 Australian women will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Only 49% of these women will still be alive in five years. They are our loved ones - mothers, sisters, daughters, wives and our friends. ❤️‍🩹🌸

If this resonates with you, I would be so grateful if you can SUPPORT my walk and ovarian cancer research via the link in my bio and help me achieve my goal of $2000.

Your support Big or Small means more than you know. Every step we take together matters for a better future free from the threat of ovarian cancer.

Support my efforts in the 2025 Mother's Day Classic!

On Sunday 11 May, I'm putting my foot down to save lives.

I’m joining the Mother’s Day Classic to help raise funds and awareness to fight breast and ovarian cancers.

Tragically, every day in Australia 63 people diagnosed and 12 lose their lives to breast or ovarian cancer.

I’m asking you to do more than just stand with me but to support me as I walk, run, and move till we’re done.

Please make a donation today to support my challenge. There’s only one way to stop breast and ovarian cancers - together!
