Our reigning Miss Universe Australia Lexie Brant was just 11 years old when her mum Penny, who had already survived a cervical cancer scare when her daughter was a newborn, was diagnosed with breast cancer.
The Mother’s Day Classic is Australia’s most inspirational, cause-driven community event. Every year, thousands of Australians come together on Mother’s Day to start their Mother’s Day with purpose. Our aim is to unite and inspire the community, create a fun and engaging event experience, to celebrate and remember those touched by breast and ovarian cancer and to raise life-saving funds for research. AIA Australia has proudly supported the Mother’s Day Classic since 2018.
