It's nearly time for another Mother's Day Classic! Along with the late Mavis Robertson and Women in Super, I started the MDC to raise money for breast cancer research in memory of my mum Kaye, who died from breast cancer when she was only 52. Since then, so many friends have also been diagnosed, and I was diagnosed myself 12 years ago. Two years ago MDC also started fundraising for another women's cancer that impacts so many - ovarian cancer. It is so important for us to keep fundraising for research to solve these two cancers.
