Supporting Breast Cancer Research

I'm putting my foot down to stop breast cancer in its tracks!

Support my efforts in the 2024 Mother’s Day Classic!

As many of you will know, I am one of the founders of the Mother's Day Classic.  I worked with my dear friend, the late Mavis Robertson, and the wonderful Women in Super network to create this event. I was motivated by the death of my mother Kaye from breast cancer at the age of 52.  It started as a walk in the park in Melbourne and Sydney, and is now a major national event that has raised over $44 million for breast cancer research.  I am delighted that this year we are throwing our arms around more women, by including ovarian cancer research in our fundraising.  Please join me - walk or run in your local event or contribute to my fundraising effort at this page.  Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your advocacy and bravery. Wishing you and everyone else the best of health. I lost my grandmother, Elsie, at 66 due to breast cancer before all this advocacy focused us on prevention and vigilance. Good luck with the race.
