SUPPORTING Breast and Ovarian Cancer Research

Running this Sunday 10 May to help raise funds and awareness to fight breast and ovarian cancers.

This Sunday 10 May, I'll be running to take a step forward in raising awareness and funds to support research in women's breast and ovarian cancer.

In Australia:

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women where 1/7 women will be diagnosed in their lifetime; around 56 people are diagnosed per day
Ovarian cancer receives less than 1% of government research funding despite it being one of the deadliest cancers with a high mortality rate of ~49% 5-year survival
