Over the next six weeks (in the lead up to your Mother's Day Classic event) you will have access to:
Specialist tips on MOTIVATION and movement techniques (including stretching, breathing and posture)
Advice from various MOVEMENT EXPERTS such as nutritionists, coaches and physios, plus you will receive
A WEEKLY SESSION PLAN with workouts for you to tackle, so you can get them in your diary and plan your days to get moving.
At the end of the 6-weeks you’ll feel on top of the world and be ready to make this the best Mother’s Day Classic ever!

Role: MDC Move Ambassador. Belinda is the co-host of Weekend Today on the Nine Network. She is the proud mum of 3 daughters, and you’ve probably seen all of them getting active together on TikTok! 

What movement means to her: Movement is essential. For your body, mind and spirit. Whether it’s running, walking the dog, Pilates, yoga or dancing, just keep moving. Do what makes you happy and keep testing your boundaries. It’s so important to keep trying things we think we can’t do.

What movement means to you: Movement means I can carry on my Mum's legacy of raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research. It allows me to teach others to love movement too and give them the ability to discover they don't have the limitations they think they do.

What movement means to you: Movement is an integral part of my life. Being active and moving every day helps me to feel strong, happy and calm, that I can achieve anything I set out to do. If I’m having a low day, feeling a bit tired or have something I need to think through, getting some form or movement, even for a short period of time, lifts my mood and helps me to feel better. I believe we are made to move and embrace this.

What movement means to you: Movement is one of the most important things in my day. It doesn't matter if it's a long or a short session, I always feel better afterwards. It's a great time for me to focus on what I'm doing and forget about everything else for a moment. Best way to clear my mind.

Name: Tanya Jeney

Role: Movement Expert

What movement means to you: Bringing movement into my life has opened up my world in so many ways. I've made numerous active friends who I treasure and I love that our catch ups usually involve a fun activity like a run, indoor rock climbing, a gym class, bike ride or a walk (with or without kids and dogs). Movement has made me appreciate my body and what it can do. Movement lifts my mood when I'm grumpy, it gives me energy when I'm tired and it helps me to sleep better at night. I also love that my movement is showing my three sons a) that women are strong and b) that a healthy and active lifestyle is fun.
