MDC Move is designed to help everyone get motivated and prepare for your best
Mother's Day Classic!
This is a 6 week training program that provides you with:
- Specialist tips on MOTIVATION and movement techniques
- Advice from various MOVEMENT EXPERTS such as nutritionists, coaches and physios,
- A WEEKLY SESSION PLAN with workouts for you to tackle, so you can get them in your diary and plan your days to get moving.
There are 2 fitness levels to choose from - Get Moving, which is designed for those just starting their fitness journey, and Stay Moving, which is for those who want to challenge themselves a little more.
At the end of the 6 weeks you’ll feel on top of the world and ready to take on your Mother's Day Classic walk or run!

What movement means to you: Movement means I can carry on my Mum's legacy of raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research. It allows me to teach others to love movement too and give them the ability to discover they don't have the limitations they think they do.

What movement means to you: Movement is an integral part of my life. Being active and moving every day helps me to feel strong, happy and calm, that I can achieve anything I set out to do. If I’m having a low day, feeling a bit tired or have something I need to think through, getting some form or movement, even for a short period of time, lifts my mood and helps me to feel better.

What movement means to you: Movement is one of the most important things in my day. It doesn't matter if it's a long or a short session, I always feel better afterwards. It's a great time for me to focus on what I'm doing and forget about everything else for a moment. Best way to clear my mind.

What movement means to you: Movement has made me appreciate my body and what it can do. Movement lifts my mood when I'm grumpy, it gives me energy when I'm tired and it helps me to sleep better at night. I also love that my movement is showing my three sons a) that women are strong and b) that a healthy and active lifestyle is fun.
