Give With ME 

The Trustee for the Mother’s Day Classic Foundation ABN 16 179 157 565 (Mother’s Day Classic) will administer and operate Give With ME in accordance with these terms and conditions.  

Concept 

Donations received online at mothersdayclassic.com.au from 9am AEST Tuesday 7 May 2024 will be matched ($1 for $1) by ME, a division of Bank of Queensland Limited ABN 32 009 656 740, until 11:59pm AEST Tuesday 7 May OR until such time as the donation pool of $30,000 is exhausted after which time no further donations will be matched. 

Time Period 

The Give with ME Day begins at 9am AEST Tuesday 7 May 2024 and ends once the donation total of $30,000 has been reached or until 11.59pm on Tuesday 7 May 2024, whichever occurs earlier. 

Mother's Day Classic will provide notification via the Mother’s Day Classic Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/mothersdayclassicaus)  as soon as practicable after the donation value of $30,000 has been exhausted. 

Disputes or complaints  

If you have any dispute or complaint relating to the Give With ME, please contact Mother’s Day Classic at our contact details below. Mother’s Day Classic will use its reasonable endeavours to respond to you within [10] business days to discuss a resolution in good faith.    

Limitation of Liability 

To the extent permitted by law, Mother’s Day Classic excludes all guarantees, warranties, conditions or other terms that apply under or are implied by statute, common law or trade custom or usage.  

The Mother’s Day Classic will run this Matched Give Day in compliance with the Fundraising Institute Australia (FIA) Guidelines. 

Privacy 

Mother’s Day Classic will collect, hold and use the personal information provided by a participant for the purpose of conducting the Give With ME.  

By participating, donors give consent to public recognition of their donation.
