Transfer your registration to another person for a $15 administration fee.
How it works:

Complete the form in 'My account' with the new participant's details

They'll receive an email to complete their transfer and pay the $15 fee
3
Transfer is complete once they submit their form and payment

- No refund on your original entry fee

Bibs for transferred tickets collected on event day

Race incentives (including t-shirts) are not transferred
- Must be completed by 11:59 PM, 3 May 2026

Ticket Transfer FAQs
What happens if the new participant doesn’t finish their registration or pay?
If the transferee doesn’t complete the process, your original ticket remains valid for you to use. Nothing is lost.
I entered the wrong details, or the new participant's details have changed — what should I do?
If the transferee hasn’t paid the $15 fee yet, you can cancel the transfer in your dashboard and start again with the correct details. Once cancelled, the old link won’t work anymore and you can re-enter the updated information.
I can’t attend and don’t want to transfer — what are my options?
While we don’t offer refunds, you can choose to convert your registration fee into a donation to help support life-saving breast and ovarian cancer research. Please reach out to us here and we would be more than happy to assist.
