Stock availability and sizing
How do I know what my size will be?
All size guides are listed under each product on our shop page to help make it easier to find the size that will fit you best!
Our top tips for finding your perfect fit:
- Find a garment at home that you already love the fit of.
- Lay it out on a flat surface and grab a measuring tape.
- Take the necessary measurements. For our tops and jumpers this is will be the chest measurement (under one arm to the other on the front side). On our leggings this will be the waist measurement (across the front of the waistband only.)
- Compare these measurements to our sizing guides and find the perfect fit for you!
The item or size I want is sold out, what can I do?
Due to popular demand for our gorgeous merchandise, sometimes items or sizes sell out quickly.
While additional stock will not be sold online, a limited amount of merchandise will be available at some Major event locations on Mother’s Day! We are unable to guarantee what items or quantities will be available at each location.
Is MDC merch sold anywhere else?
MDC merchandise is only sold through the MDC shop page and some Major event locations on Mother’s Day in limited quantities.
Please be aware of unauthorised merchandise being sold through other sites.
Can I buy merchandise at a Mother’s Day Classic event?
A limited amount of merchandise may be available at some Major event locations on Mother’s Day (subject to available stock), so we recommend you purchase from our online shop ahead of event day to avoid disappointment.

Changing my mind and faulty items
Can I add to, change, return or cancel my order if I have changed my mind?
Unfortunately, we are unable to add to, change, return or cancel your order if you have changed your mind after placing it.
You are of course entitled to a refund or replacement if there is a major fault with an item as covered by consumer guarantees and protections under Australian law. See question “Can I return a faulty item?” for more information.
To order additional items, please place another order through our shop page. Please note that another postage and handling fee will be charged.
Can I exchange sizes?
If you need to exchange sizes, please:
- Place a new order via our website (subject to the availability of sizes.)
- Complete this form noting your original and new order number in the form.
- Post your unwanted size back to us at Office 101, Level1, 13 Cremorne St, Cremorne, VIC 3121, noting that the item must be unworn and with tags still attached.
Once your unwanted item is received in accordance with the three steps above we will refund your original purchase (noting that postage will not be refunded.)
We cannot always accommodate exchanging of sizes, but we will try our best!
Please note that you will be responsible for any postage costs associated with exchange.
Can I return a faulty item?
Yes, if the item purchased is confirmed to have a major defect, we will replace or refund the price of the item (including postage) to your original payment method, as appropriate.

Delivery and tracking
When will I receive my merchandise order?
You should receive your order from 2 weeks after your purchase online.
If you have not received a tracking number after 5 business days of placing your order, please fill out this form and one of our team will be able to assist your further.
*If Australia post is showing a delay in your package, please reach out to them first for guidance.
How can I ensure I receive my merchandise before Mother’s Day?
We recommend ordering by Wednesday 16 of April 2025 for your best chance of delivery before Mother’s Day.
Our fulfilment team packs and dispatches orders swiftly, but we can’t guarantee Australia Post will deliver your order before Mother’s Day, so we estimate this date is your safest option.
How much do you charge for postage and handling?
Our postage and handling charges are the costs attributed to the process of preparing, packing, and sending your order to you.
Postage and handling charges for merchandise orders, either from the shop or items purchased when registering, are applied at a flat $13 per order.
Can I collect my order on event day?
No, we don’t offer an option to collect merchandise orders at Mother’s Day Classic events.
A limited amount of available merchandise may be at some Major event locations on event day, but we recommend purchasing from the online shop ahead of Mother’s Day to avoid disappointment as we cannot guarantee any particular item or quantity on the day.
