Warm up with AIA. Kick‑start your morning with AIA’s energising warm‑ups and get set for your walk or run.
Have your medallion engraved with the name of the person you're honouring on the day. A beautiful way to personalise your achievement and celebrate the reason you took part. Participants are advised that medal engraving may attract significant wait times, and while every effort will be made, the team may not be able to complete all requests.
Accessibility
It is recommended that slow runners, walkers and those participating with wheelchairs and prams assemble at the rear of their start group. Elite wheelchair participants should self-seed and assemble based on their expected speed.
Event villages have grassed areas. Please refer to maps for further information regarding village accessibility.
Entertainment and Kids Zone
Enjoy live entertainment from DJ Sophie and Alive 90.5FM, kickstart your morning with the AIA warm-up, and dive into a fun-filled Kids Zone.
