Supporting Ovarian Cancer Research
Support our efforts in the 2026 Mother’s Day Classic!
Our team is participating in the Mother's Day Classic, Saturday 23rd May!
I'm Jaymi and alongside my team we embarked on creating our own event for the Mothers Day Classic.
I was recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer and alongside my team we are raising funds for much needed funding. This cause means a lot to me as there is a grant that goes to low grade serous ovarian cancer. This type of cancer is what I was diagnosed with. It is rare, often treatment resistant, has limited treatments available and impacts young women much more frequently with the average age being 45 and under. In the last decade women even created their own charities to raise money as there were no organisations or funding going to this type of cancer at all (unfortunately ovarian cancer of all types has been limited in funding and research). This is beginning to change, giving myself and so many women hope. Events like this are working to improve outcomes for women. Please support us as we walk to achieve these better outcomes together and ensure that no women with breast or ovarian cancer walks alone.
Together the Mother’s Day Classic community has donated...
$48.23 million
Since 1998 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
$2.57 million
Since 2024 to the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation
