Breast and Ovarian Cancer Research
Since 1998, we’ve been dedicated to walking, running and fundraising to save women’s lives on Mother’s Day.
In 2024, we took one step further and made it our mission to stop both ovarian and breast cancer in their tracks.
In the last 27 years, our community has donated $46.1 million to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, and since 2024, $1.2 million to the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation.

HONOUR . SUPPORT . REMEMBER
Judy and Margaret
Judy
I am walking with my youngest daughter as a tribute to my late sister-in-law, Judy to help with research of ovarian cancer.
My beautiful Mum Jean & her sister my Aunt Margaret
Once again, after 27 years+ I will be participating in The Mother's Day Classic Lysterfield 2025 in honor of my Mum, who we sadly lost 30 years ago, to Breast Cancer. This year I'm also walking for my Aunt who is currently battling Breast Cancer in both breasts. This day means so much to me & to be able to raise as much money as I can, enables us all to get that closer to a cure, for this awful disease that takes so many of our loved ones.

Karen
Hi, I'm writing this to myself, I'm living with cancer, it's my first year participating as someone with MBC. It's a hard journey and I still can't believe I have this awful disease. Well done to everyone, and get tested early and stay healthy!
Sarah Roberts
You got this
I’m doing this for the beautiful people in my life that continue to fight these terrible diseases. They are truely amazing ❤️

My mum was everyone’s number one supporter, was always there for the good and bad not just for her family but everyone’s, she was and still is my hero. In 2022 our lives changed when she passed away from ovarian cancer. I miss her everyday and apart of myself will always be messing with her gone.
Nora Smith
Forever 60. I miss you every day, Mum. I would do anything to have one more coffee with you. First Mother's Day without you.
